ISO and Aerospace Certification

PMC Machining and Mfg. Inc. is proud to announce that we have completed the requirements for full AS 9100 Rev. B / ISO 9001:2000 certification. We owe the acomplishment to the remarkable team effort that all of staff at PMC put forth. The process lasted nearly a year and and looked into every aspect of the orginization. The resulting improvements and procedures has already gave us the ability to produce quality parts more efficiently. Our score of 99% on the certification exam says not only were we prepared but that we are extremely serious about doing things the right way.

CMM Aquisition

PMC Machining and Mfg. Inc. has aquired a 1000cm x 1200cm x 1000cm Sheffield CNC CMM. The CMM was purchased from Xspect solutions Inc. located in Wixom, Michigan. The drives and electronics have been upgraded to the latest technology available from Wenzel, the leading German maker of CMM's and CMM controls. The machine is equiped with a Renishaw PH10MQ motorized probe head and several TP20 touch trigger probes. The software is OpenDMIS with the capability to create programs directly from imported CAD data. This increases PMC's ability to go beyond "art-to-part" and go all the way to "art-to-inspection".

PMC Celebrates 20 years

PMC celebrates its 20th year of manufacturing high quality products for our valued customers. Our recent expansion inludes a new facility and increased surface grinding capabilities up to 60" (1500mm) in width and 120" (3200mm) in length.

While offering a wide variety of manufacturing solutions for aerospace and commercial applications, we are currently recognized as a supplier of the largest form factor sputtering targets available.

Our mission is to continually increase our production capacity to meet the requirements of our customers.
