  • PMC Machining and Mfg. Inc. is proud to announce that we have appointed Mr. Alex Bowie as Director of Quality Assurance.




  • PMC has been added to the following certified supplier lists: MD Helicopter, BAE Systems, Boeing Defense (Mesa) (pending final approval) and Vought Aircraft (Dallas Texas).




  • PMC is currently due to achieve certification by July 2010 for ISO 13485 "Medical Devices Certification".

    • Our certification has been maintained since March of 2008. In addition to the wide range of continuous improvements to our internal systems since achieving this certification, our team now sets its sights on completing the necessary training for ISO 13485 "Medical Devices Certification" . We know that in order to supply high quality products and services that meet or exceed our customers expectations, that we must hold ourselves to the highest possible standards.

    CMM Acquisition

    PMC Machining and Mfg. Inc. has acquired a 1000cm x 1200cm x 1000cm Sheffield CNC CMM. The CMM was purchased from Xspect solutions Inc. located in Wixom, Michigan. The drives and electronics have been upgraded to the latest technology available from Wenzel, the leading German maker of CMM's and CMM controls. The machine is equipped with a Renishaw PH10MQ motorized probe head and several TP20 touch trigger probes. The software is OpenDMIS with the capability to create programs directly from imported CAD data. This increases PMC's ability to go beyond "art-to-part" and go all the way to "art-to-inspection".

    PMC Celebrates 23 years

    PMC celebrates its 23th year of manufacturing high quality products for our valued customers. Our recent expansion includes a new facility and increased surface grinding capabilities up to 60" (1500mm) in width and 120" (3200mm) in length.


    While offering a wide variety of manufacturing solutions for aerospace and commercial applications, we are currently recognized, as a supplier of the largest form factor sputtering targets available.

    Our mission is to continually increase our production capacity to meet the requirements of our customers.
